David has over 20 years in the Reinsurance Industry with over 17 years as a Property Underwriter and 8 years as the head of Paladin Catastrophe Management. Prior to starting Paladin, Dave worked at Arch Re, F&G/St. Paul Re and E.W. Blanch.

Jesse runs the day-to-day financial affairs of Spinnaker, including GAAP & STAT reporting, treasury, taxes, and various compliance functions.He also oversees information technology and cyber security initiatives.Prior to joining Spinnaker, Jesse spent over nine years at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP reaching the level of Senior Manager.While at PwC, he worked as a manager on the lead audit team of a Fortune 50 company and has experience with SEC filings, Sarbanes Oxley, audit methodology, US GAAP, sell-side due diligence, and mergers & acquisitions.He is a CPA and graduated from Champlain College with a BS in Accounting.

Ken has over 25 years experience in the Reinsurance business. He started in 1989 with E.W. Blanch/AON Benfield. In 2001, Ken went to work at Arch Re where he was an Underwriter and staffed the West Coast office.

Nick serves as General Counsel and is responsible for the company's legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters. Prior to Spinnaker, he spent 4 years at QBE North America where he was Vice President and chief counsel to QBE's reinsurance and programs operations. Nick has extensive experience with contract wordings, regulatory and compliance, TPA oversight, and dispute resolution. Before QBE, Nick held roles at Beazley Group, The Hartford, and Mendes & Mount, LLP.

Laurence is a seasoned operating executive and management consultant having spent over 20 years in senior executive posts in Media & Information companies. Laurence was Chief Operating Officer of Consumer Reports, SVP and General Manager of Higher Education for The College Board, and Founder and Chief Executive of Handshake Dynamics, a successful boutique management consulting firm that was eventually sold. Laurence is a summa cum laude graduate of Yale with a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Adam serves as Senior Vice President and Active Underwriter at Spinnaker. Previously, Adam was a Director of Paladin as well as a Lead Underwriter at QBE Re where he co-managed property catastrophe portfolios including the underwriting of retrocessional and primary reinsurance deals. Adam began his career writing professional liability insurance and has experience in captive management.
